Composition

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid 0.20% CrossYal® and Aloe Vera 0.10%

Description

AloCross is a lubricating ophthalmic solution, based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid and aloe vera, formulated for the treatment of ocular discomfort and corneal protection.

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid gives the product high viscoelasticity ensuring a high degree of hydration and permanence on the ocular surface, such that symptoms associated with dry eye syndrome are alleviated.

Aloe Vera for its well-known moisturizing, decongesting and lubricating properties is able to impart greater wetting capacity to the solution, improving eye comfort and prolonging the feeling of freshness. Aloe Vera also has been shown to be useful in cases of reddened or particularly sensitive eyes, performing an important and long-lasting protective action.

Indications

Lubricating ophthalmic solution indicated in the symptomatic treatment of dry eye, irritation and redness caused by environmental or iatrogenic factors.

The product can also be administered during contact lens wear to improve eye lubrication and comfort.

Useful during and/or after

• Prolonged exposure to sunlight;
• The stay in air-conditioned or dry environments;
• Prolonged use of video terminals;
• ocular surgeries.

Modalities of use

• Take the strip of 5 mini-containers and isolate one of them.
• Open the container by turning the cap.
• Instill 1 drop into the eye by exerting slight pressure on the vial.
• Instill one or two drops into each eye once or more a day or as advised by your doctor

Composition

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid 0.20 percent, aloe vera gel 0.10 percent in pH 7.2 buffered solution.

Warning

• Do not use the product if allergic or with known hypersensitivity to any of the components;
• The product is sterile until the bottle is opened. Use the product within 60 days after opening;
• Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging;
• Keep away from heat, sunlight, moisture and the reach of children;
• Do not swallow;
• Do not use the product if the packaging is not intact;
• In case of adverse reactions discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor;
• Take care that the tip of the single-dose does not come in contact with the eye;
• Store below 25°C;
• Wash hands before opening the bottle and pay attention to hygienic conditions when handling.
