DRUSENOff eye drops

Description

DRUSENOff eye drops is a UV-protective ophthalmic solution based on VIT B2 (riboflavin), VIT E TPGS, MSM, amino acids and 0.1% hyaluronic acid that shield the ocular surface from UV and blue light. They also improve lubrication of the ocular surface and help protect the ocular corneal epithelium subjected to various stresses.

Sodium hyaluronate mechanically interacts with the mucin layer of the tear film by retaining water and helping to keep the ocular surface stable for a long period. The synergistic action of amino acids has a nourishing function on the ocular surface, as well as a function in regulating tear pH and osmolarity, and contributes to the improved protection of epithelia subjected to the stress produced by the insult of UV and blue light. Vit E TPGS also promotes wettability of the ocular surface.

The ophthalmic solution has a protective and antioxidant shielding action to UV damage and accelerates the natural repair process.

It is a unique, recognized and certified personal protective device that protects the cornea, lens and retina from UV radiation, blue light, artificial light sources and prolonged sun exposure by preventing damage caused by these sources such as photo-keratitis, photokerato-conjunctivitis, cataracts and macular aging.

Indications

• Has a shielding and protective action toward the harmful effects of UV rays, blue light from sunlight and artificial light.
• Prevents the occurrence of photo-keratitis and photokeratoconjunctivitis produced by UV exposure.
• Prevents the onset of cataracts produced by UV insult.
• Prevents ‘macular aging caused by UV and blue light.
• Is indicated in cases of prolonged use of computers, video terminals, television.
• Is indicated in all cases of intense and prolonged exposure to UV radiation.
• Is suitable for those who practice outdoor sports (skiing, golf, sailing, etc …).
• Is suitable for those who are exposed in a place with a high UV index (mountains, sea, tropical areas, etc…)

Application does not alter visual acuity or color perception and maintains unchanged contrast sensitivity.

Instructions

1. Open the bottle and remove the protective cap. 2. Gently squeeze the bottle and instill 1/2 drop into each eye; repeat as needed. After use, close the bottle: the remaining contents can be reused for up to 2 months after the first opening.

Content

After use, close the bottle: the remaining contents can be reused up to 2 months after the first opening.
