Sterile disposable gauze pads

Disposable sterile gauze pads soaked in isotonic solution containing Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Vera and Butcher’s Broom, with moisturizing, emollient, soothing and gently cleansing action on the periocular area, eyelids and eyelashes, activates microcirculation and preserves skin integrity.

Indications

LENIVAbio is indicated for the removal of residues from peeling of the eyelid surface or secretions resulting from inflammatory and/or allergic phenomena or as an adjunct in the treatment of certain ophthalmic diseases such as conjunctivitis, blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis. LENIVAbio finds use for treatment before and after ophthalmic surgeries.

Composition

Buffered isotonic solution pH 7.2, with Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Vera (leaf extract), Ruscus aculeatus (dry extract), Citrus extract (Biosecure), Sodium chloride, EDTA. Alcohol-free, paraben-free, latex-free.

Modalities of use

• Wash your hands thoroughly.
• Open the sachet starting from the pre-engraved cutting invitation.
• Pull out the gauze and apply it to the eyelid area, massaging gently to ensure proper hygiene.
• Once any secretion has softened, remove ciliary debris or scales with a gentle outward motion.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to components of the product or other closely chemically related substances.

Warnings

– Do not use beyond the expiration date or if the sachet is not intact; – Never reuse the same gauze, but discard it immediately after use. Reuse of the device may cause infection; – Do not apply the same gauze to both eyes, but always use a new one with each application. – Discontinue treatment in case of hypersensitivity; – Keep out of the reach of children; – Keep away from sources of heat, moisture and sunlight; – Follow the eye doctor’s instructions carefully; – Store between 5°C and 35°C; – External use.
